The Slam Open Mic that Green Earth Poets Held at the Brownsville Heratige House last night was indeed a success!! We were graced by the presence of some very important African American men and women who are very active in the community and supportive of the Open Mic Life. From dean’s to Almuni……even Talib Kwali mother was there as a JUDGE!!!!!! A very DOPE Artist left $100 richer!! Belly dancers, food, laughter, art, and love. Local artist, Deans List Tour perfomers, photographers, a 13 year old rapper, and… you’ll just have to come next time and exprience it for yourself!!! A great way to start the holidays
